As a Virginia Women’s Business Conference sponsor and great believer of women in business and female leadership, Communicate by Design X is proud to announce that Jennifer Ferraro Randolph, our Chief Operating Officer, is co-chairing, with Melanie Schmidt of Nova Medical & Urgent Care, a new sub-committee for the conference.

This new sub-committee is charged with bringing to life a new “Visionary” conference track—a track designed for mid-level managers, directors, and young professionals alike.
