ANA•LITK Goes Fully Remote

STERLING, VA, Sept 12, 2023 – After over 25 years in their Sterling, VA office, ANA•LITK team is joining other thought leaders in creating a work-from-anywhere environment that maximizes creativity, productivity, and support of its team members work-life balance. The agency will officially close its Sterling, VA, office doors on September 12, 2023.

While ANA•LITK is entering a new chapter, the agency is no stranger to remote work. As early as 2006, the business had implemented remote work technology and procedures to keep its team members off the roads during the bad winter weather that is known to hit the DC Metro area. Then, when the COVID-19 pandemic hit in 2020, ANA•LITK, like so many other businesses, adapted to a 100% remote work policy that made it possible to sustain normal business operations. Since then, the company has operated in a hybrid format, with some team members in the office and others working fully remotely.

“We’ve always been earlier adopters of technology. We built websites in the 90s. Because of our technical agility, we actually proactively pivoted before the quarantine in March of 2020. However, we learned a lot of lessons over the last few years, and we’ve fine-tuned our operations to better support a fully remote workforce. I’m confident this change will only make our work stronger,” said ANA•LITK CEO Asim Shaikh. “Business is a constantly evolving landscape, and I believe this is the best pathway forward for ANA•LITK. I’m looking forward to watching our team thrive creatively with the freedom to work from home, coffee shops, and everywhere in between.”

When Jennifer Randolph, the company’s CMO, was asked about the change, she said, “What’s interesting about the change in how ANA•LITK has been operating since 2020 is that we actually spend more face time with clients. In fact, there are many clients whom I had never met in person before in the 15 or so years I’ve been at the company that I got to meet for the first time.”

Aside from their mailing address, nothing else at ANA•LITK will be changing. “The only change is where we receive mail. Clients can expect to continue to receive the same personable service and results-focused creative work. We’re excited for this new chapter and look forward to multiplying our clients’ results for years to come,” said Asim.
