ANA•LITK Welcomes New CFO: Demet Anagnos

COLUMBIA, MD, Feb 7, 2024—Change is a theme for ANA•LITK. In 2023, the company saw a succession to a new CEO and leadership team. The first quarter of 2024 sees that trend of change continuing with a new face at ANA•LITK. In January, the company welcomed a new CFO, Demet Anagnos. In this role, Demet joins the firm’s new leadership team alongside CEO Jennifer Randolph, Art Director Sugako Kawai-Cozart, and Marketing Director Meredith Foster.

Demet brings 30+ years of experience helping businesses operate effectively, efficiently, and profitably to his role as ANA•LITK’s CFO. Throughout his career, he has expertly navigated the organizations he worked for through the turbulence of a rising and diving economic landscape. His extensive background as a CFO, advisor, strategist, and leadership coach has given him diverse expertise in guiding business owners with data-driven insights—helping them transform their organizations into valuable assets.
